Established in 2002, Easy Homeware specializes in manufacturing over 1,000 models of melamine ware, plastic tableware, stainless steel flatware, such as melamine tableware,melamine children tableware, melamine dinner sets, melamine plates,bowls, trays, melamine mugs, melamine tumblers,melamine coffee cups,melamine jugs,melamine utensils, melamine cutting boards,melamine trivets, melamine ashtrays and melamine pet feeding bowls. Other products like PP, PS, ABS, TPE, Acrylic and stainless steel tableware are also among our product range. Our melamine products are non-toxic, tasteless, heat-resistant, break-proof and dishwasher safe. And all of our plastic and stainless steel tableware are made of food grade materials.
We have our own design department, mold tooling factory and decal printing factory. And our two factories are both ISO 9001:2008-certified. Backed by 500 efficient workers and 80 advanced machines, our monthly production capacity has reached 1 million pieces. All of our products are exported and delivery takes 30 days.
Our QC department is comprised of 20 to 30 experienced technicians, who ensure our products meet the EEC, EN-71 and FDA standards. They also ensure that our products are free of azo, low in cadmium and lead.
We have ten experienced R&D engineers who can release up to 20 new items monthly. What's more, a sample can be developed in 15 days. And we provide OEM services for reputable companies such as E-land, Targus, A.S. Wastons and Masters. Our other clients include Coca-cola, Nestle and Avon. We can also provide you with a customized proposal of promotional items according to your budget and lead-time.
Our products have passed factory audits by Disney, Wal-Mart and other American and European companies. And Europe, the US and Australia are our current markets.
